REGISTRATION DEADLINE
To ensure proper registration for the conference, the NHMA must receive all conference registration forms no later than March 1, 2010. Forms received after March 1, 2010 may be subject to a late registration fee of $100 per registrant.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, the NHMA must receive any cancellations prior to February 10, 2010. Cancellations received prior to this date will be refunded in their entirety less a $100 processing fee.

All users of NHMA services agree to observe the NHMA’s Code of Ethics.
